*Terms of Sale for Personal Collection Items*

1. Deposits: Deposits may be made with permission from the merchant. Please contact us directly to discuss this option.

2. Licensing Requirement: Buyers must present a valid CPL (Concealed Pistol License) or license to purchase, acquired from your local police or Sheriff's department.

3. Price Adjustment: Prices will increase after November 30th, 2024. All items purchased or deposits made before this date will honor the current price.

4. Pick-Up and Shipping: Items must be picked up in person, or they can be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of your choosing.

5. Final Sale: All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or returns.

6. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through our website; alternate methods (CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay) will incur a 3% surcharge, and an added $5 convenience fee added to total. Cash (exact change) is accepted, but does not guarantee the hold/availability of the item.

7. Disclaimer: These items are sold from a personal collection and are subject to availability. 

8.  Per federal law, the 4473 form and background check are done together at the time of purchase, not in advance. If you are placing a deposit, then you will complete both when the balance is paid in full and you are actually taking possession of the item.
